Has anyone ever had their hair straightnened by the Japanese Hair Straightening method? I heard it is fabulous. It is very very VERY expensive so I need some feedback. My hair is fine and curly, a little bit past my shoulders.

Any insights?

I've had it done.I really does work great. The longer your hair the more it will cost you so you might want to cut your hair a tiny bit.

but won'tthe top grow in curly, so you'll have little baby hairs of frizz? and if you're growing your hair out you'll have to keep doing it or the top will be curly and the bottom will be straight. not trying to be a bummer, just thought I'd say in case you hadn't thought about those things.

Once you do the perm it lasts for m around 6 to 8 months. Then once your hair starts to grow back you need to have a retouch so that the new hair will not have any frizz or be curly.
