I want my hair like that what should i do? Urtime i do cornrows it looks like that than i was it it becomes down curls, how should i keep it like that all the time?

A couple of things I see here: first, her hair is clearly layered, while yours is more all one length, which will make it hang down. Second, she's probably got extensions to beef up those upper layers. This picture is exactly what her hair looks like: http://www.hisandher.com/pimg/model-zzc-d.jpg

Braid your hair every night in a few plaits and then take them down in the morning. They should continue to look like that. U have to work on it, it wont just stay like that
