Hi, has anyone tried a hair vitamin that really works
And also has anyone tried MSM for hair growth? If
yes, how long did you have to take it, before seeing results.

How do you get this "HF37" vitamin. I have never heard of it? Is at a GMC or the local vitamin stores at a mall?

Please let me know. I can use all the help available.

I have been taking prenatal vitamins for a while now. I`ve always worn the short Halle Berry hair do with the shave in the back because my hair would never grow. I cut my hair very short at the end of my pregnancy. My doctor advised me to continue to take my vitamins to assure that I was get my daily supply of vitamins because I was nursing. Since then, my hair has grown to my shoulders. Prenatal vitamins are available over the counter. However, vitamins prescribed by your doctor are stronger. You should give it a try. Good Luck!
