I would like to know, for those of you who use these two natural products, how can I incorporate them into my relaxed hair care regimen. I would like to know what type of results you have had with either coconut milk, coconut oil or both. Thank you.

Heard the coconut milk is great, havent tried it yet.
The coconut oil I loved for the hold it provided for my hair but it did dry out the ends.
Though alot of people say that the coconut oil is awesome on their hair.

You`ll never know unless you try.
Right now I`m using olive oil & cocoa butter.
