ok well my mom is japanise and my dad is african american so i have this really curly hair and it`s dry and on tv i`ve seen people that have the same hair as me but it`s more mosturized and nice my friends always tell me that i could have nice hair if i put the right products in but i dunno what to put in, i thought about a perm but then my friends say that i`ll wreck my hair i would be real happy if i could make my hair curly and i don`t want it to look dry either but if i can`t then i don`t have another choice please people help me i`m sick and tired of my hair!

Hey Baby Flower,
First, I want to say that those people on tv have so many people fussing over them and some of them don`t even have their real hair! LOL But anyways, I say to use a relaxer. If you do it right, your hair will be just fine. A good tip to remember: always put moisturizer on your hair. Every day, no exception. This will help with the dryness. Creme moisurizers tend to work better than grease or oil in my opinion. Good luck and let me know how you end up, okay? :)

hey dont advize her to use a perm when you dont even know if her hair type can tolerate it! i suggest she see a liscenced hair stylist that can tell her exactly what she needs to do. the advice on this board should be used with caution because what may work for some may not work for you.

I see what you are saying! Okay look, I have a cousin that is mix with white and her hair texture is closer to caucasion
people type hair. she complains about her hair geting on her nerves all the time. And she washes
it every 2 days. I don`t think she uses grease, she just put pink oil in her hair.
I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it. And so it is with you...we are in charge of our life.
