Warning about Hair,Skin and Nails Vitimins

I bought some vitmins over the counter from wal- mart that is supposed to premote hair grow, there called Hair Skin and Nails, I took those pills for a month and i started to get sick and ill and i had to stop, so im just letting you know that even tho there isnt anything that says on the bottle that there could be side affects. Beware.
Ive decided im going back to my other vitmins
