wassup I`m directing this to ppl w/ layers cut in their hair.....okay....My hair is waist length and its very hard for me to maintain it....i want to cut it to to middle of my back (somewhere close to my bra strap)....I also want layers so that i can flip them out.....but I wanted to know is it hard to maintain layers?

Cutting your hair in layers is a great way to maintain you waist length hair it will give you more body and appear fuller. To maintain layers you have to get them to cut regularly to maintain this style try this.
