Please Help! I need to know what makes hair breakage stop IMMEDIATELY! Is there anything that anyone has used that has stopped hair breakage right away?

when i was relaxing, Aphogee Treatment for damaged hair works for a bit. but you need to figure out why your hair is breaking in the first place. for me it was the relaxer. now that i don't use it anymore my hair is no longer breaking off and i'm actually retaining my length!

Aphogee is WONderful stuff...I'm Caucasian but had a bad bout with breakage several years ago and the stuff did a great job to combat it. It lists protein second on the ingredient list and works best if you can wear a heating cap for 10-15 minutes after application and keep it in as long as possible. Gayle is right, though; you should determine what is causing the breakage then fix that, which is infinitely better than an allopathic approach once breakage occurs. Good luck to you! :-)

Thank you guys so very much for informing me! You have really helped. I saw Aphogee in the store the other day. I will buy some and tell you how it turns out. My hair was breaking because I had my hair relaxed by my moms hairdresser, and I think she overprocessed my hair. She left the relaxer in too long. I told I only had medium hair, but she insisted it was coarse. I trusted her cuz my mom used her and she's the "expert". Thank you guys though. :)

Thank you guys so much for telling me about Aphogee! I bought some and tried it and it worked pretty well. My breakage has stopped for now, though I still have a little. But it is far less than what I had. Thank you two soooo much. Let me know if there is anything else you want to recommend because I trust you fully! Bye!
