Hello is any one out there. I am trying to find out if biotin and msm are safe for teens. I also wanted to know if wildgrowth oil actualy works. I went on the web site but I am kind of suspicous. I also want to know if any multivitiamin works for hair growth.
Sorry for all the questions but I just really want my hair to grow well at least below bra strap lenth. By the way how much is biotin and msm.

I'm 19 and take bioton without any adverse affects. I don't know about msm, i've never taken it. But wildgrowth works really well for me. I've been using it for a couple months. Last month my hair grew 1 inch. I buy it from sally beauty supply for $7.98 without tax. It lasts for a while though. I use it twice a week before i go to bed.

I use WGO also- i haven't noticed any difference in growth but it makes my hair soft and shiny.

Do they have liquid Biotin or MSM? I haven't taken Biotin directly, but it is in the general vitamins and minerals that I take. And Yes, WildGrowth Oil works and I used it for three months and my hair has grown three almost 4 inches. I use it once a week on the weekends because the smell is strong, but if you want length in a short time it is worth it!

on da same tip... if da Biotin/Hair Vitamin etc. dat ya taking doesn't say 'chewable' specifically, can u not chew it? only caz i cant swallow... please e-mail me da answer @ chocolate_lip_gloss@hotmail.com. thanx!
