For all around waves, should i use a type of cream or a pomade? what brush should i use? should i wear a wave cap, and if so, for how long? would a conditionor work? what about shampoo? should i use S-Curl, DAX Wave &Groom, Spartan Wave Grease, Soft Sheen, or just Petrouleum Jelly??
if u just brush your hair everyday 100 strokes and put petroleum jelly in it , it will get wavvy and u have to put a wave cap on when u go to sleep , or u could wear it all day, thats wat it's for. u should wa**** at least every week. dont be so oppsesive about the hair either sheesh.

ok well i ask 2 differnt guys one use the pomade in the black container with a gold top, the other one used 360 wave by s curl then they brush their hair with a wave brush you start from the center of your head and go in all directions u dont have to count just brush each alot some sides might get waves quicker than others its a slow process tho they said once it get started the rest just come in easily and they wear a wave cap at night and alot of guys i know where wave caps all day. dont use vaseline it can make your hair hard plus petroluem isnt good for your pores really. i hope this helps
Have you tried a texturizer? If you dont want to apply any of those pomades or waxes to your hair while it's wet, pressing down in the same direction the hair grows. Let it dry with the wave cap. Seriously if this doesn't work you may need a texturizer.
Not to be rude but NEVER USE PETROLEUM JELLY and no hair should be BRUSHED a 100 strokes a day. That's a sure way to end up with no waves at all. I thought that 100 stroke myth was extinct. Go figure.
thanks for the tips. i am trying them out now. what is the the name of the product that comes in a black container with a gold top? and is coconut oil good for waves?
basically i use vaseline or pink oil but i ha ve to dampen my hair if i want the waves i dont have kinky hair its kind of striaght and a lil curly but i have to damp it then put vaseline on and it does wavy but wave greases burn the s-h-i-t out of my head !
