New to the group

I just wanted to say hello to everyone and that I''m new to the group. I''ve been natural for about 6years now. Just last year I cut my hair short and now I want to grow it back long again. I wanted to know was there any way I could speed up my hair growth process, Also I''m in the process of moving to Cario, Egypt my husband and my self. I was wondering if there is any one here that has been there and if so, do they have any black hair products there or would I have to buy them on line. Sorry for so many question, any responses would be appricate.
I hope to get to know everyone here. I love to talk about hair so I think this is the place for me.

I heard that taking hair vitamins will make ur hair grow faster and healthier by giving the nurtients it needs.

many people take biotin, b-complex vitamins, msm, and protein supplements to help their hair grow faster. you can find these cheaper online by doing a search.

also, with natural hair you can reduce breakage by combing less often. wear protective styles like twists, flat twists, or bantu knots, etc. space out your washings at least 1 or 2 weeks so that your hair doesn't get tangly from being wet. wetting weakens the hair.
