I'm black and indian , my hair are the typician african american type , I dye them beause of the white hair and perm them, i have sporiasis too ( flake) .
they are broken around my head fron and side and very long in the back between my shoulder

-i don't understand why they are alway longer/stronger in the back .

-i perm them 1/montns because I have curly roots are they new hair or the perm is going away on the roots because of scalf natural oilment ( i'm in houston hot /humid)

-i wash them 1/week so my rincing is going away how to change that? how do you keep your color when you shampoo 1or 2 a week?

- i spent yesterday night on a forum ( i lost the link and found this one today) and after reading the posts i baught wild growth oil,QP mango butter, apogee treatment ( how often should i use it , it doesn't says on the vial?), carrot oil and use a ZINC shampoo for sporiasis and the all NIoxin product( cleanser, retstructuration, moister...).

i wouldlike to have your advises i'm desesperate

i think that you are perming entirely too often. You should at least wait 8-16 weeks in between perms , not 4 weeks. You are also coloring your hair a bit much as well. I would lay off of the perms for awhile. Get a good trim and rinse your hair and apply a good leave-in conditioner daily. apply the wild growth hair oil nitely(at least 2-3 times weekly). Deep condition weekly with your favorite cream conditioner, a clear plastic shower cap and a heating cap for 15-30 mins. weekly. I hope this helps you a long your journey. Also you may want to incorporate hair vitamins into your regimine such as evening primrose oil, biotin, b-complex, vitamin e, ultra nourishair by gnc, msm, fish oil and flax powder.
