I just got a curl Friday and today is Tuesday. My hair is still hard, so my question is when should I use my activator and Gel.

your hair is hard? care to explain? my hair has been thru world wars one two and four and five, including numerous texurisers.. but its never been hard after one... i know maybe your scalp should be as far as god awful chemical burns go... and even then you should just be able to wash them out in a few days..

i think im a bit late in wiriting this but ill give it a shot
