I believe that I experience excessive dryness of the scalp in the winter especially due to indoor heat. I am trying to determine what is the best product to use at this time for the scalp to slow or prevent dryness and flaking and how often. I don't want to over use a product. Thanks for any input.

This happens to me as well, I just put olive oil or jojoba oil on my fingertips and massage my scalp with it. I do this every 2 days. It has worked so far.
