Gilbert Chandler Mesa Phoenix, AZ area

I recently moved to Gilbert, AZ and am going through the process of trying to find a new stylist. I appreciate ANY RECOMMENDATIONS ANYONE CAN MAKE.

Here's a bit about me/my hair:

- I'm 45 yrs old; female; petite
- face shape is squarish, with broadish jaw line
- brunette hair starting to get a sprinkling of grey
- hair is both curly and wavy; kinky in humidity
- fine-stranded but full head of hair
- shoulder-length cut
- currently have high- and lowlights


I want:

- to find someone who is great at cutting curly/wavy hair
- to tone down the grey, but still keep a natural look (minimize roots, if poss and no shoe polish black look!)
- easy-care (to be able to drip/air dry and have it look good)
- to be able to go in swimming pool regularly without fearing my hair will turn green, orange, etc.!
