Sometimes, when i pour the conditioner out in my hands i just add some oil then. I found a good way to add oil right after u buy the conditioner. U know where there is a little space between the conditioner and the top? I add it in and then shake it up. That way, i can just pour the conditioner and not worry about adding the oils and it will be an equal amount of oil each time (most likely).

A litte EVOO, Carrot oil, Coconut oil, or Queen Helene's Cocoa Butter (melted). The best mix I ever made was EVOO and Hollywood's Carrot Oil mixed with Mizani MouistureFuse.

when u pre-poo do you need to heat the conditioners or just leave it in?
Hi oskana,
I only heat up the Queen Helene cocoa butter. I just boil some water in a bowl, and in another bowl I place the butter in there and let it melt. You may have to repeat this process. I just get a BIG empty jar add the conditioner, the honey, and the EVOO (or carrot oil or coconut oil), close the jar and shake it all up together. Right now I'm loving the VO5 Nourishing Oasis Almond & Honey mixed with EVOO.
I have a pre-poo reciepe in the "Homemade Hair Receipe" Thread too if you would like to check it out. It is really good.
I hope this helps.

I like to add EVOO to my conditioner. I squeeze some conditioner out in my hands and add some EVOO in the same amount. That stuff makes the conditioner so rich and nourishing. Plus, my new growth is super soft and not like brillo (you know how new growth can get dry and rough).

I part my hair section by section while adding Motions Moisture Plus Conditioner, once done then add Wonder 8 oil(Stimulate), comb through then put on the plastic cap. My hair thrives on these two products once added together......

I use a pre-poo mixture of EVOO, organic virgin coconut oil, jojoba and a small amount of aloe vera gel. These I mix together in a spray bottle and apply to my hair, leave-in appx. 30-40 minutes w/ plastic shower cap b4 washes, etc. My hair comes out soft and very silky after each application.
