Some help...lol

Hey, I've been having alot of questions lately so if you could help me with some of them I would greatly appreciate it.  I was wondering if the Redken For Men line was good...or if there is another one thats not too expensive thats better (maybe up to 20 dollars per product? perhaps more?).  Also, I was wondering what type of hair Asian hair usually is (Korean and Japanese), because I heard from a friend that we have thicker, coarser hair on average?  And oh yeah, for my final question I was wondering if I should get a buzz cut?  If you guys watched Real World: Fistful of Philly, I'm talking about the same style as Landon.  I have pictures of me that are from like 5 months or so ago, but I still look like them.  They are on here:
