HI, my names daniel and i just recently shaved my head ....yes i know im a guy but like will this suppliment grow hair faster for real? and can i get it anywhere?
You mean will shaving your head make your hair grow faster? No,
it won't. Can you get what anywhere? Fast hair
growth? Some people add vitamins like biotin and silica to their
diets to aid hair growth, but I haven't seen any real evidence that
that works...some say it does, some say it doesn't. Eat right,
exercise, drink lots of water, and take a multivitamin a day.
Make sure not to overdo the vitamins, too much of some can cause hair
loss (as well as worse things).

To grow your hair long as fast as possible, do what Susan says, but two more things are critical. You need to take excellent care of the hair you grow, so it doesn't get damaged, and you need to not cut your hair. Cutting hair keeps it short.
I have been taking hair vitamins off and on for 2 years and for me, they do make a difference. I tried a bunch but had the best luck with HairTopia because it is a capsule and you can open it. Most of the others are tablets that you have to smash. I pour my capsules into my morning and afternoon protein shakes and I really do see a difference. Of course hair vitamins don't work for everyone, but they do for me. My doctor says I have a problem with my hormones and that the vitamins help keep everything balanced for my hair to grow better.
But no, they don't work for everyone.

punknutzz did you have a hard time growing your hair to begin with?
I know supplements work for some people, but those are usually people that had a hard time growing thier hair.
I think if you hair is already growing at a normal speed then supplements wont really help.
