so i was taking this quiz about if your normal or not, well it sounds like a great quiz but its actually not, just asks stupid standard questions about your home life.  Well anyway the results tell you a little bit about your answer, i think the question is what type of hair do you have an i put thin and wispy and heres what they said

"Not Normal:
Paying up to $4,000 to have someone else's hair attached to yours isn't too normal, although it is a growing fashion trend. The hair used for most of these extensions comes from Hindu pilgrims. The pilgrims cut off their hair as part of a funeral purification rite. Source: National Geographic, October 2004

since i know were always interested in where hair comes from

there also those who make a living selling mind-altering substances....

they are calle PHARMACISTS!   LOL

when someone told me i wasn't "normal" my response is that when they can show me the written standard by which a human is considered normal...then it's time to rewrite the manual.

mto - when someone tells me I'm not normal my typical response is "and the $%^& do I care what you think?"  Your response is so much more civilised.  I may have to borrow it.

I didn't think you meant it that way Lucky.  I don't even use HH.  I just have strong feelings on people passing judgement on those who live outside of societal 'norms'

Oh, I didn't think that's what you meant either- you're here, after all! :) Mainstream fashion and magazines can be so wierd about extensions- either phobic or fangirlish, and nowhere in between- that I honestly wasn't surprised that they said that.
