I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for managing long hair? I`ve always kept my hair short because it`s thick, and wavy, so I would blow dry it straight. Now I want to grow it long, but it takes so long to blow dry, and leaving in to dry naturally leaves me with poofy, frizzy, kinky hair. I`ve had it thinned and it`s helped some, but it`s still hard to deal with because I love to wear my hair down. Any suggestions anyone? Thanks a bunch.

There are brands of silks products out there that when you put it on your hair it makes it very silky and shinny. I found that really help a lot. It comes in a tiny bottle. It is like an oil.

Try different products. Something like Diane suggested might work. Something with silicone might work too (like Frizz Ease) but sometimes that makes my hair feel funny. Also learn to do different braids, buns, etc.
