Thanx DatKid for the tips on getting good waves.  But i got another question.  There are so many products out there for waves.  They have certain wave shampoo's and certain wave moisturizers, and pomades.  They got this stuff called Beyond the Zone: Noodle Head Curly Hair Shampoo....Then they have the whole line of Lusters: S-Curl stuff w/ the shampoo and the moisturizer and the pomade...idk what to use.  If you can help me out, that would be appreciated.

shampoo-wash hair

pink lotion-apply while hair is damp brush in desired pattern 

lets jam hair gel(green top)- apply then brush for 10 mins brush in desired pattern

NU NILE Wave pomade- apply to hair (not alot) brush in desired pattern for 30 mins

Du Rag- put on when done with all steps

get these item at local beatuy store

hmm i dont really need all these products in my case, i guess maybe its just my hair, i dunno. on the day i get my cut, i'll wash it, put some royal crown pomade ( i love that stuff) in my hair, brush for about 10min or so, then durag, but the other stuff like the lotion and gel, i dont think its necessary, or maybe just not necessary in my case.

That's cool but some parts of your hair may need more attention because some people have different textures in different parts of the hair.

i wouldnt suggest just using water, or just pomade, you need some

type of moisturizer, that says "anti breakage" formula, such as blue magic. cause you dont wanna have spinnas and ya hair be fall'n out and stuff
