does anyone know anything about using protein fushion to put hair ext. in with? My head has been HURTING for 5 days now and I am having alot of hair loss with the bonding agent on it!! Please help
Yeah, that so called 'protein' is just basically a fancy way to say glue!
If your head is hurting, that could have been caused from sloppy sectioning of the bonds where hairs are being overdirected and therefore causing pain. You know how much it hurts when you pull that one stray hair, could be something like that.
Also, maybe they put the bonds too close to the head. You want them to be close, but they need to have some amount of 'hang' to them or else it will cause too much stress on the hair.
I would call your stylist and let them know what you are experiencing. If you were my client, I'd have you come back in and take a look and see what's going on. If you think you are losing hair, I'd get these things out ASAP.
That all depends on the method used, but it's probably a mixture of primarily isopropyl alcohol or acetone.
We recently had a visitor who had a similar experience and she took her
fusion extensions out. Actually, her name's Kim, too, and she's
switching to extendtubes now.
