how short can your hair be to use a kit? im bout to use one i just got a dark cesar is this too low or is it good?

o wait wat m i sayin i just got a 2 buzz not a cezar.is this still too short? n if it is wats the proper length? i had semi 360s but i had barbor problems so they gone..
