I don't know of any hairstyling competitions.  Have you covered any before?  How exactly do they "measure" the results, because everyone's hair is so different.  What state are you in? 

**Hair type: 2a, which is wavy and fine.
**Color: Naturally dark brown, currently dyed reddish brown.
**Length: below shoulder length

We are a television production company looking for suggestions of a
wonderful hair styling competiton to cover. We would be interested
in hearing of an appropriate competition that features wonderful
colorful characters, great hair styles and a good field of competitve
people. Just wondering if any members could suggest some
competitions like this. It doesn' have to be the biggest but the most
