Ammonium thioglycate[permanent wave or straightener],guanidine
hydroxide[straightener] and selenium sulfide[some dandruff
shampoos contain selenium sulfide] can cause (acquired)
distal trichorrhexis nodosa which causes white beads in
the hair, thinnig of the ends, and split ends this occurs in
Whites,Asians, and Hispanics. Some genetic disorders can cause
this. Acquired distal trichorrhexis nodosa isn't the same as
bubble hair because acquired trichorrhexis nodosa causes tiny white
beads in the hair, bubble hair causes tiny beads near or at the
ends(the hair falls out near or at the beads) that are the
same color as your hair.

Unless you've learned more from your pm's than has been revealed on this board, I'd guess that it's probably impossible to tell whether jean32 is female or male.
By the way, I searched on this. It's nothing but regular bubble hair, which is the white dot formed on the shaft where it is about to break, whether from heat or chemical damage, or just from dryness.
jean32 has posted previously about white dots, I believe.

Just looking for a few good hair slaves - is that too much to ask?
