I put in just a few extendtubes last night to see how to do them but I find when sleeping last night that when I turned my head they would pull from my scalp. I guess this is normal? It won't cause damage to your hair/scalp will it?

sleep in a big braid, and the first couple nights I always end up sleeping on my face

When frist installed I sleep on a long cilender shaped pillow ( my daughter made it) that way my head is not on anything as much as my neck is.Feels better for those frist few nights.
