I've heard that shea butter is a good product to use when training your hair. Have any of you tried shea butter? and if you have, did you like the results? I'm thinking about getting some and was wondering what you'll know about shea butter and how it helps your waves.

i use sportin waves also but here in jersey its been 90+ degrees for the past 5 days and i dont want to use it in this heat. I've heard shea butter it healthier for hair than the pommades, and it doesn't cause acne like some pommades do.

for the past week i've been using shea butter in my hair and im really like how it softens my hair. i like it more than luster pink moisturizer. the shea butter doesn't leave a greasy residue in my hair and when i take off my du-rag my waves stay laying down longer. i've also been using a shea butter shampoo when washing my hair and i like that better than my normal shampoo. it leaves my hair feeling so fresh and so clean.

n e 1 else try shea butter yet.
