Put in most of my PH extensions and I'm worried.

Firstly, I think the hair is fantastic, but I've not cut any off, and it's, err, err, WELL LONG! 

I did want my extensions longer than I normally have then, but I think I've gone OTT, the camera is broke so can't sort any pictures yet!

I should cut them a bit, but.............

I don't think my hair cutting skills are up to the job either!

the most imortant thing to remember when you are cutting is that you need to keep razoring/thinning/layering the ends.  otherwise you get a blunt choppy fake look.

And I'm all about fake.  but it can just look weird if you aren't careful.  if you are using the waved PH this less of an issue. 

Can't wait til your camera starts behaving!

I am finding it funny really, and in a way, it looks good, but sooooo long!

Now, if I'd applied these extensions to someone else, I'd no doubt be quite pleased with the outcome.

I think I'm having mind games over the male/female appearance. On a female, I'd think super long hair looks great, but not too sure about having hair this long on me!

My husband has really long hair.And it looks great.I dont think enough men wear their hair long.So try it for a few days.You might really like it.

Thanks for your encouragement LHD, but there's really long hair, then there's REALLY LONG HAIR which mine curently is! (as of this afternoon anyway!)  

If I put my arms down by my sides, 'my' hair almost reaches my fingertips!

 

How long is your husbands hair then LHD?

Not that long but probably mid back.It was almost waist length but we had to trim alot off.Your right that is really long.!Have you worn it out in public yet.I'm just curious as to the looks and comments you might have received.Some people love his hair.But there have been people who looked at him like he was crazy for having anything longer than acrew cut,lol.There's a moderator on the long hair forum who has hair down to his knees! He has a picture of himself in his avatar and his hair looks awsome.

If it's blond you could masquerade as a Nelson twin!!   Just kidding!  I love long hair on men.  My hubby also has long hair....his is just below his shoulders but I would love it if it were longer.

My husband did have sexy ,long, rocker hair when we met, but sadly has fallen victim to male pattern baldness, so the long hair is now gone.

I love long haired men, I think it' totally hot!

I cut my husband's hair when the hairline started to thin out a lot.  He wanted to keep it long, but I told him I didn't want him to have a George Carlin hair do!

We're considering hair transplants....

hey DesM , my brother hair hair extensions and its well not as
long as yours but pretty long for a "guys" hair if you want to say
that. I think anyone should do what makes them feel happy
about their appearance if you think its too long cut some off
, but i bet it looks really sexy HAHAHA what color is it ? got any

Firstly I am very sorry for the very low quality of these pictures, but I'd borrowed a camera and was panicing and trying to rush as I had very little time to use the camera before I had to return it.

But, the photographs might give some of you a laugh!

God I miss the way the 70's & 80's hairstyles were on men. I say bring it all back. My soon to be musician exhusband  had long sexy hair when I met him, now he's got that male pattern baldness thang going on too! (That had nothing to do with breakup)

I think it looks great Des, even better after you trimmed it. You could even go a little shorter.

You're right though that that trim did alleviate some of the androgeny.

Maybe it's cause you can see your body better now?

Can't see close up but the blending looks really good at least from a distance.

what hair is it?

You look hot!!! Just love the long hair and the color.  I like the second photo better (cause you have a nice bum and should show it off ).  How is the hair working out for you and what did you use?
