I am a fiddler of my bonds as well. I've had to really focus on stopping it. I did it with microrings as well and I caused them to slip all the time. Sometimes I reach back and just start squeezing them for no reason and I'm like, "what the heck am I doing?!" and I have to stop myself. I am also a tight ponytail wearer so this contributes.
Gotta keep your hands out of your hair. Need to stop touching and squeezing them. Do your strand checks as needed to ensure shed hair doesn't start grabbing on to each other and then keep the hands out. I've had this install last MUCH longer because I've kept my fingers out of my hair.
I agree.... stop fiddling!! Im bad about this as well. With fusion bonds I had a very bad habit of picking....I always was picking at little bits of glue. And now with shrinkies I find myself squeezing the shrinkies! Im getting better though!
Is your hair actually thinner or did you just get used to the extra bulk of hair with extensions in. Also if you noticed alot of hair when you removed them remember....its normal that the hairs that would have normally shed were trapped in the extension bonds and all come out at once when you remove them. I remember the first time that I about FREAKED!

I too need to have my hands tied. I find the ones I squish and are flat are the best too squeez out. The ones that I melt and dont touch stay more round and just arn't as easy or as much fun to squeez. The ones that just fall out posibly weren't in good in the frist place.Maybe to low or not heated enough.
