For the past week my tonsils been hurting me but I didn't pay it no mind but today it is killing me man. My father said it's swollen and it's not straight. So he took some thread and tied it to my tonsils and up around my head then he put a spoon off salt and black pepper up to my tonsils and pulled the string. All I got to say is OH SH!T, that hurt like a mufuka. Anyway I'm still in a lot of pain, anyone got any other remedies? I don't feel like going to the doctor tonight, maybe 2morrow. But if you have anything that might work tonight then post it PLEASE!!!

but if i have strep throat one more time within the next six months my ****s gotta go...

but i say eat ice/jello/icecream.. hope u get the point...

somethin cold.. it should sooth it... for a lil bit.. and take somethin that'll knock you out... i don't know what kinda of meds my aunt gave me ... but it kinda did away w/ my tonsil problem for like 2 days and it knocked me out like hell for a day

by the time i went 2 the doc. it was through but i took the meds.. ate cold ****.. and ate strawberry halls....

aight I got some cough drops around. Man i hate this sh!t, it's the worst ever. I usually don't get sick that's why it's so bad for me.

i get a strep throat every christmas( always happened ever since i turned 3, 1st of all chloraseptic doe snot werk it will jsut sotthe it for like 50 seocnds and the pain will come right back i usually take some motrin pills they helped alot but if ne of this does not werk u need to take yo ass to da doctor (one tyme it got so bad for me i had to go to da hospital and stay there for like a day becuz my throat was closing up cuz my tonsils were swollen and getting bigger)

when my tonsils was fucced up and i had a game dey gave me a tylenol and made me drink a milkshake so nik3 was right bout dat cold thing it helped somehow i think it made dem a lil numb or suntin put get a icee a milkshake or some ice and it should help u a lil bit my nigguh.

You need to go to the doctor. I never heard of anyone tying a string to tonsils, and then putting salt and pepper in there. That is just something else. You NEED to go to the doctor. If your tonsils hurt you may need them removed. I suggest the emergency, don't wait for an appointment.

Even tho u are feeling better you should still get it checked out. The pain u described do not sound good. Please do not try that tying tonsils again...how do u tie it anyways?
