back in HS i played basketball and had waves, and when i had a
game or practice my hair would mess up a little but when i would brush
and du-rag it, everything would turn out fine and all back to normal.

I kinda lean toward what DrOwnin UpSturz said. I played sports very hard in highschool and college but the waves took a back seat to winning a game and being focused on competing. I didn't care about my hair until after the game. Just my opinion everybody has one.
Did you know I played football for Oklahoma State University? I played in the Big 8 on ESPN every week.
Look to the skies and keep your eyes on the prize! I been through Hell but, STILL I RISE!
