my hair is losing its curl and is gettind frizzy my hair is natural is there anything that can help me

most of all, don't brush. Brushes tend to break up the curl pattern for wavies and curlies (same with braid waves and sock curls). Curls and waves remain defined if you use your fingers-only while it's dry, and comb maybe when wet.

Get your hair cut in layers. Use gel/or mousse and diffuse dry to make your hair even curlier. Using an anti-frizz serum may help as well.
