yes the hair itself looks more natural without the jam, and it shows that he has that true wave thang going on however, I personally like the jam pics b/c the hair looks more together, less dry, has a nice shine, and the waves don't look spaced. when jam or pomade or what ever one uses is applied to the hair it defines the line, brings out the look and enhances the beauty of the waves as long as it's not applied in excess, just enough to get the job done. but hey thats me, that's what this sista likes , and I'm sure my liking will be very different from ur's.

^^^^^ thas coo, but for me personaly I dont like the feel of havin
stuff n my hair like pomade it just feels nasty to me like when I
scrach my head I get ish in my nails. Lets jam is ok but I like usin
olive or carrot creme cause it gives my hair a dark look which I like
cause want a natural shine. N usin those products wit vitamin E will
give me a natural shine. Also u can get more defined waves without ne
products u just gotta brush
