Feathered hair...?

No, I'm not talking about the Charlie's Angels type of Feathered hair, I'm talking about a full head of feathers. I'm seem some eccentric celebrities (usually fashion designers) and I think it's really sexy, though a little crossdresserish unfortunately.

I'm wonder what it's technically called? I can't find any pictures on google. I like dress up and wouldn't mind dressing up as some funny thingie on stage (i play in a band) and that would be a wonderful compliment to a few costumes I have in mind.
