Hey y'all.

where do you buy you coconut oil from??? and is coconut oil solid or liquid??? and is the stuff you can cook with anygood??!???

coconut oil is solid at room temperature but melts at either76 degrees or 96 degrees i think. there are two kinds. and they both melt at those temperatures. i buy mine from walmart. louana in a big jar. its solid but you can take a little bit and rub between your palms and it'll melt. the louana is for cooking but ti works anyways. HTH

me  too!  i use the louana brand and apply it to my hair the night before i wash it, and put a shower cap, then a scarf on top of it.  in the morning, i take them off and wash my hair.
