At the end of July I put in an order for 2 plastik haar wefts. It took about 5 weeks to make them, and I got an email saying they were shipped out on August 10th. I had paid for priority shipping, and in the past with priority shipping, I usually get the package within 6-8 days. Well, it's now been 14 days, so I'm thinking the package may be lost somewhere along with way.
I contacted Sara, and being the great business person she is, she is going to remake the order (although I'll have to wait another 2 months to get my new hair!)
When any of you have ordered 'priority', how long did it take for your order to arrive?
Several months ago, amm and I made a HUGE PH order and paid the big coin to have it shipped priority - as I recall, it took nearly a month! Something like that. A very long time. So who knows what forces are at work in the US/Euro priority shipping world.
FYI-
I ordered express from AD. Paid $120USD for it to arrive in 3
days. Did not get the package till the 10th day. UPS customs
was holding it! On top of it I had to pay UPS another $30 for
some brokerage fee.
Cost me lots of out-of-my-pocket expense to order RUSH for
clients interested in overseas hair.
Well, I got my plastik haar package today. So it took 14 days to ship priority this time.
Well, now this is the second time that I have ordered a multi-colored weft, and it's the second time that the order was NOT made to my specs. I wanted a weft that was:
thin stripes of 1/4 inch burgund rot and 1/4 inch brombeere-24inches long, 50mm wave
What I got was a weft that was mostly brown in color. It is about 4 inches dark brown, with a 1/2" burgund rot, then 4 more inches of brown with 1/2" of brombeere (repeating this pattern thoughout the weft)
How did I end up with a brown weft when I only specified burgund rot and brombeere? I'll keep this weft because I love plastik haar and I can still use this, but has anyone else who ordered a multi-colored weft had a problem with them getting the colors right?
could you please let me know about that problem first?

ive just realised it after looking at your order again.
anyway its my fault. last time it was my suppliers.
thats another point why 1 x 1m weft wont be avaible anymore.
things are getting too easy messed up with my supplier!
your new wefts will arrive here in 10 days
and this time correct.
That's ok Sara, it's not that big a deal that the weft is mostly brown, I will still use it, as my hair is brown too. Since it wasn't a big deal, that's why I didn't mention it to you. I thought maybe it was a communication error/ misunderstanding on the part of the Asian weft maker.
I didn't mean to sound like I was slamming your business, I love your hair and your graphic design.
By the way, all you girlies, did you see the t-shirts Sara has for sale? I love the Hair Angel one!
