I have hit a wall with my hair growth. It has been a while since I have been able to say my hair looked longer. I am doing all the smae things, but I am now at the yucky "in-the-middle" stage.
How can I boost my hair growth?!

hey ,, my hair is in that collar bone length in the
front stage,, but i think its growing tho im not sure,, u
could try biotin and keep up deep conditioning if u
have damaged hair becuz u may think its not
growing becuz its breaking off the ends,,i had that
issue for years and i have just recently discovered
the benefits of weekly deep conditioning with heat( or
more often) ,, i tried gnc hair vitamins but they
caused me terrile breakouts and a host of other bad
symptoms like a puffy face anywya good luck
Hair type: 3b some c?, fine strands, last relaxer sept 05, never again!!! current :ap length on sides,,nearly bsl in back, damn those old frazzled ends! I am hair OBSESSED

Sometimes hair just goes through resting phases as it gets to longer and longer lengths.  It may just be awhile before it gets going again.  Stress also can halt growth for awhile.

I agree with Susan. And when my growth stalls, I like to focus instead on pampering my hair. It gives a chance to focus exclusively on the quality for awhile instead of both quality/quantity.

Have you had your hair trimmed recently?

The "no-growth" phenomenon may just be an illusion.  An extra half inch on 20" long hair is much less noticeable than it is on 6" long hair.

I'd say just continue to take great care of it, enjoy it (watch those scissors!), and in time I'm sure it'll get longer.

Hang in there!
