What protein treatments do you ladies use?  I need a good protein treatment that I can buy from the store, like Sally's or somewhere.  I currently use Ion Reconstructor Treatment but I'd like to try something a little different.  I used to be really dilligent about using protein treatments (every 2 weeks usually) but lately I've been slacking and I need to get back on track. How often do you all do these?  All suggestions welcome....thanks!

I use Aphogee Treatment for Damaged hair every 6-8 weeks.

I use Aphogee 2 min Keratin Reconstructor, AtOne Botanicals Reconstructor, and LeKair in between that whenever I feel like I need a little more strength.  Also I've found that Garnier conditioners (especially Long & Strong) are good for lite protein conditioning in between heavier treatments.

Thanks Sistaslick.  I've been using Lekair for a long time now and I do like it but for some reason I like to switch up every  now and then.  I have the Long and Strong conditioner but I didn't even realize it had light protein in it.  I think I'm gonna try the Aphogee since I've heard a lot of good reviews on it.

It's called Aphogee Treatment for Damaged Hair (white/purple bottle). I get mine at the bss. For online purchase you can go here:

https://www.gigibeauty.com/advanced_search_result.php?osCsid =1e55400887e7e6d2e0d6cea6eec105a2&keywords=aphogee&o sCsid=1e55400887e7e6d2e0d6cea6eec105a2&x=64&y=16

P.s I pulled up the search on all aphogee products they care just in case you wanted anything else in the Aphogee line

Thanks a lot Nita.  That was a big help. I did a search on Sally's website and they do carry this so I'm going to get it the next time I go there.  Has anyone tried any of Aphogee's other products?

Lamur's Bone Marrow is outstanding- it can be purchased at sally's as well- saved a friend of mine's hair. she was constantly getting braids and sew-ins and one of those tight braiders broke her hair of in a circle. It's filling back in now thanks to the bone marrow.

I use the Aphogee treatment for damaged hair every 6-8 weeks. I also use the Pro-vitamin Leave-In conditioner. It's a great detangler and strenghtening spray.

I usually use dove or pantene. A good moisturizing conditioner should do fine.
