yo u got a cut on chrismas eve and now its jan2 should I get a cut? and how should I tell him to cut it??(against or with the grain) and what the hell does that even mean??

u dont need a cut..its only been 8 or 9 days.

Wait at least 2 weeks.. I say maybe this sunday or so get a cut.


Against the grain means they wud be cutting in the OPPOSITE direction that your hair grows.

Ex. U brush the top forward so if u go A.G. they wud cut the top bakwards

With the grain is a cut the same direction ur hair grows

Ex. They'd cut the back down because thas how it grows n thas how u brush it.

my friend got his cuts against the grain n he always had waves is this because he has natural waves? n also my barber cut my hair against the grain first n then he did wit the grain for a while y did he do this i dunno...

My waves look better cut against the grain than cut with it. Maybe it's just me.

ya right... ur still noob which mean u will find out the true meaning of getting a hair cut wid da grain later in your days.. grasshopper.. dat or u dumb enough to not know when ur barber is actually cuttin wid da grain

Man I just got a cut a month wit da grain and it looked nowhere near how tight my waves be when i get it cut against da grain. And I've been getting my waves cut since 7th grade(11th now). Like I said maybe it's just me.
And of course I know when my barber iz cutting wit or against da grain. lol at that crap.
