Hi, I earlier reviewed Fantasia heat protectant
spray,, It made my somewhat dry hair very very silky
after a good blowout and flat iron,, anyway this may
be completely coincidental but i feel that in good
conscience i have to mention it anyway,, I''ve checked
my hair ends alot since using it ( i hadnt checkd in
while and that may be why ,,,,) and i have been
finding endless split ends and little hairs ends that
just fold and split,, now ive always had those and
maybe its becuz i didnt look and they were there all
along but theres a possibility that this stuff did
something to my hair negatively... what im gonna do
is stop using it and see if it continues and even if it
does im a bit phobic to continue,,, has anyone else
used this spray and found any negative effects.....(
maybe it somehow made my hair too soft if thats
possible..)
Hair type: 3b some c?, fine strands, last relaxer sept 05, never again!!! current :ap length on sides,,nearly bsl in back, damn those old frazzled ends! I am hair OBSESSED

I agree with renee. also, you may want to try turning the heat down on your flat iron the next time you use it.  are you also putting moisture on your ends? I'm really suprised, I've heard good things about this protectant. Is there any more info you can offer up about this situation?

hey thanx for the replies,, i do have a bit more info
and I have to say now I do NOT think the spray is to
blame,, the reason why i felt the need to express the
possibility is becuz i previously recomended it and i
still do recomend it,,, it make my hair feel like nothing
else i have ever tried,, like silk,, i now think those
ends were just extremely damaged ends,, i only
started my healthy hair routine in july so of course my
ends are still the hair that i was mistreating and
BADLY so i honestly dont believe the spray to be the
blame for this,, my ends also have a different relaxer
and probably harsher than the just for me that ive
been using for a year,,, i also think that the very ends
have permanent hair color in it from 2 ysr ago and
this is the first time i actually decided to really look at
my ends and trim,, i trimmed about a quarter of an
inch off all around,, and i should have trimmed more
but id like to maintain length as long as i possibly
can,, the ends arent split yet,, sorry i made that sooo
long lol but ill finsh by saying that i think the spray is
fine to use and ill be using it tomorrow myself....
