I am a natural brunette and have been coloring my hair auburny-red for
the past few years. I decided I wanted to go back to being a brunette,
with maybe just a little hint of red to it. The color I just used still
leaves my hair too red. I used the Garnier 100% color. I am pretty sure
that I just need to use a brown color with NO red in it to achieve what
I want. My question is how long should I wait before coloring again? I
know it's normally reccomended as 4-6 weeks. I don't hate this color,
but would like to make the change and would appreciate input on the
time frame. Thanks for any help!

Hmm maybe u should try a shade in like a golden red range. And if ur worried abt damage and u have sally's or beuaty supply nearby, u should use a demi permanent, which is non-ammonia and more gentle on the hair.
