i only use it once in the morning before i leave the house and at night when im brushing. if you are using only a lil bit i say no more than 2-3 times a day. if you use a lot then once or twice.

^im using a soft brush as we speak. matter of fact i mostly use a soft brush anyway. but thanx to all you guys complements. oh and i was in school. i dont have a cam so i use my friends phone to get my pics on the site
