Help me !!!

i have a question.my client wants to touch up grey hair as well as highlights..pro is.. she has 4 inch 100% grey regrowth..n she always use level 3 to cover grey..now this time she wants to cover grey with level 6 n she wants to add lighter colour highlights also.basically she doent like to see her hair black ..

so i am planning to do this way ....1st vb+ 20 vol hightlights..n in between foils 6-00+30 vol n after dat tone down vb highlights..or 1st grey touch up wait for 45 min  n then vb hightlights n then tone down ...whiich will be less messy n affective method ..

i always use -00 series with 30 vol on level 5 n above still i get translucent effect ..wat to do ?? cuz client wants to cover grey 100% on level 6without translucent effect  ...
