Hey all,
I am a 23 year old male...and have really bad hair..when i was
small it used to be curly and nice..but as i got older it then became brittle..and dry
and hardly moves..just sits there..these days...when it gets wet
however..it is awesome and i can make it in the style anyway i want it
too...can anyone help me...(im of indian ethnicity by the way)..i tried
using gel..but i rather not put in that sticky stuff into my hair....my
hair is jsut really rough..and THICK(when i try to run my hands thru
my hair it gets stuck...its like my hair is burned or something)..i can
defiantley post pics if anyone needs..to see...but is there anything
can help me have nice..normal hair instead of this brittle
mess....please let me know thanks....i have thought about shaving all
my hair off to be bald..then maybe when it grows back it will be
normal.....any advice would be appreciated...thanks

condition, shampoo scalp lightly, then condition and rinse with cooler water, blot dry hair and let go, no overthecounter gel, no mousse, just condition!!! See if that helps.

Hi,this is my first post but I think I can help.I am also indian and my sister seems to be complaining about the same thing. And from what it sounds like your hair is like hers so this might help. What you could do is buy a straighting gel for your ends only, nothing to heavy or for really curly hair but for managable curly hair like yours. My hair is sort of like yours too, except its roots are very straight and once it grows about 1 1/2 inch its ends get curly. So I recommed you use a frizz buster by fantasia called "straightning gel for curly, wavy or uneven hair".It looks like its for african americans but it works a lot better for our hair type. And it gives your hair more shine and makes a lot of people notice yuor perfect hair. Now I like to comb and wash it out after about 30 min becuase I hate that moisterizer feeling in my hair,I prefer water over a imatention of water.Anyway I hope this works and If it doesnt Im sorry.
Oh and its at a store called Sally beauty supply, its in america and I think its nationwide
