hey guys, i have really big curlly hair. And my dad is always bugging me to get it thinned out or trimmed or something. and im just wondering if thinning it out is going to make it straight? or if it will just make it less frizzy or something. If so, would anyone reccomend doing this? It wont damage my hair or anything right?

I use to do it when i was younger because it felt better but it made it more frizzy i eventually learned, just have a good straight across trim every 2-3 mos. I wouldnt thin get some good conditioner thats a leave in , it will look alot thinner and happier
