I was reading some posts about gueye hair vitamins and the people who used them said they got an inch of growth in 2-4 weeks. Upon further research, I found that these vitamins are a mixture of kelp, bee pollen, and alfalfa. Has anyone tried this combination and gotten results? I want to grow my hair an inch per month and I had been able to accomplish this with mtg and biotin but biotin makes me break out so I'm looking for new things. TIA!

Shen Min does work. I'd reccomend getting it even though it is pricey.

well due to the price i only used the one bottle but my hair growth rate did increase by .5 inch when i did use it. Also the guy selling it showed my his bald spot and said that it was filling in due to use of the she min- i saw the mew hair sprouting in. I did add bee pollen and alfalfa to my vitamin regimine today- so i will keep everyone posted if i notice anythin change.

All sound good for the hair, but be careful with bee pollen. Some people who have allergies have a difficult time taking it. Also, I heard (and I'm not sure if this is true) on another hair site that alfalfa affects symptoms of lupus. I have heard good things with kelp though. It is also good for helping with water retention.
