Hello, i need some advice, tips i want to grow my hair long, but the problem is my hair gets curly when it's dry i want it straight, like

What Product should i use to make it like the picture ? I have used a plenty of Antii Frizz shampoo and i dont want to use a  hard wax, anyone else know a wax or something, which could make it like the picture? Any answer would be appreciated Thank you very much

Straighteners and hair gel. No clue really but if you are patient people that know what they are talking about will come along.
