#1) Is it normal to walk into a hair shop and show a picture of a hair style I want? I've never ever seen this happen before.

#2) For the last few months, I let my hair grow longer and now I'm thinking of this hair style...

(it's from a Japanese Live-Action show called "Garo")

My hair seems to NEVER cooperate with me so I don't know if it would work or not.

Would this be easy to manage every morning?

Opinions please...

I don't know the answers to your other questions, but I DEFINITELY know that it is perfectly normal to hand a picture to a stylist and say, "I want this". In fact, it would help them a lot more than a verbal description or sign language.

I just got back from the hair salon. I did bring that picture along with me and it really helped the sytlist get me what I wanted. Never in my life have I EVER been this pleased with my hair.
