The recent pics of Jane Wiedlin reminded me of that whole Go-Go's thing. In retrospect, some of the fashions seem pretty excruciating--as do nearly all of the hairstyles. Loved their music though! Belinda Carlisle and Jane Wiedlin--the founder members--were always the most visually compelling, though Kathy, Charlotte and Gina all had their moments too.

Belinda when she did We make Heaven a Place on Earth she looked great then. Then sometime after that video she cut her hair so short she looked like a guy. A female friend of mine remaked when she saw it Look what a bad haircut can do to a person.

Back in the day of the original group, I always thought Charlotte was the hottest. When Belinda went solo, she really had her hair together. Today, I say Kathy's hair rocks.
