Pro-flex got a problem

I tried my pro flex tape again today, but im having a problem with the weft staying in between the tape, if i pull the hair (just to make sure its safe) it comes out of the tape

why could this be?

You just need to really press the tape into the weft after its folded over before you try to put it in x
